As Teknolab we have initiated testing of welded joints in accordance with the universal standards
EN ISO, ASTM, AWS, ASME and API

Also we provide our customers who need destructive testing for WPQ and PQR in accordance with EN ISO 15614, ASTM, AWS D1.1, D1.5, D1.6, ASME sec. IX and API 1104

 

Tensile Testing on Welds

 

Tensile testing are performed until 600 KN in accordance with the standards EN ISO 4136, ASTM E8, ASME IX, AWS D.1.1, D.1.5, D.1.6

 

Charpy Impact Testing on Welds (450 J)

Also, we provide our clients who needs charpy impact testing in accordance with the standards EN ISO 9016, ASTM E23, ASME IX, AWS D.1.1, D.1.5, D.1.6 and API 1104
between the ranges -80⁰C +100⁰C / -196 ⁰C.

 

 

Macroscopic and Microscopic Examination of Welds

Due to the Japanese brand Nikon stereo microscope, we can carry out inspections on welds in accordance with EN ISO 17639, ASME IX, AWS D.1.1, D.1.5, D.1.6 and API 1104.

 

Hardness Testing on Welds

With the special software of our hardness tester we can measure the hardness of more than one test specimen automatically at the same time in accordance with EN ISO 9015, ASTM E384, ASME IX, AWS D.1.1, D.1.5, D.1.6 and API 1104

 

 

Bend Testing on Welds

You can also contact us for 3-point bend testing on welds.
Bend testing be carried out in accordance with EN ISO 5173, ASTM E190, ASME IX, AWS D.1.1, D.1.5, D.1.6 and API 1104.

 

 

Fracture Test on Fillet Welds

Break tests on fillet welds be carried out in accordance with EN ISO 9017, EN ISO 9606, ASME IX, AWS D.1.1, D.1.5, D.1.6 ve API 1104.
